Our Mission
Luminary Leadership’s founder, Daniela Veljkovic, MBA, PMP, ACC, is a dynamic and engaging leadership coach, mentor, facilitator, trainer, and expert in delivery leadership with over 25 years of progressive and diverse experience in various industries. Her success stems from her exceptional ability to forge and nurture relationships across the corporate hierarchy and her skill in seamlessly connecting teams for mutual success.
Daniela’s coaching philosophy is profoundly transformative, aiming to carve out a reflective space for clients to discover themselves, tackle obstacles, and consciously select their own trajectory towards their desires. Her coaching cultivates curiosity, creativity, proactive behavior, and the reexamination of entrenched beliefs, encouraging the formation of constructive new perspectives. She excels in active listening, empathy, and motivation, inciting a ripple effect of innovation and motivation among those she collaborates with.
She is a long-term mentor and volunteer in the Project Management community and is a part-time professor at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario.
